a little bit ABOUT ME

After successfully obtaining a BA degree in Institutional Communications at the University of Applied Science in Fribourg (HES-SO), I worked for multiple years as a press officer. Due to my life trajectory, I decided to undertake a new formation in the second half of my life, placing the human being at the centre of my interests. Accordingly, I graduated in 2015 as a Professional Certified Life Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited School of Relation Care Wakan in Geneva.

My strongest belief is, that nobody has a “perfect” journey and we all have to deal with a fair share of issues during our earthly life school.

EVERYONE has a MISSION and a POTENTIAL. We have to get closer to ourselves and learn how to listen to our INNER voice.

My passion for personal development, the intriguing complexity of the human functioning as well as the constant approach towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle has enabled my formation as a professional certified life coach and consequently drove me to launch “Find Your Inner Star”.

We all have a dormant STAR within us that patiently waits for its wakening to dance and to RADIATE to its full power in the universe. We have to learn how to listen to ourselves !
